Круглый стол «Стратегия устойчивого развития» // Roundtable "Sustainability Strategy"
15 января 202115 января в Московском государственном университете пищевых производств состоялся Круглый стол «Стратегия устойчивого развития».
С вступительным словом к участникам Круглого стола обратился проректор по экономике и стратегическому развитию МГУПП Максим Юрьевич Музыка. Он объявил, что тема сегодняшней встречи посвящена стратегическим вопросам устойчивого развития, которые в этом году МГУПП ставит в приоритет и именно они лягут в стратегию развития вуза и образовательной отрасли в целом.
Яндиев Магомет Исаевич, к.э.н., доцент Московского государственного университета имени М.В. Ломоносова в своем докладе о результатах НИР об устойчивом развитии обратил внимание на несколько ключевых моментов:
Существуют разночтения в понятии “устойчивого развития”, каждый понимает его по-своему.
Ситуация с коронавирусом вывела вопросы устойчивого развития на первый план, особенно остро встали проблемы именно экологического благополучия и безопасности.
«Речь идет не только о том, чтобы утилизировать мусор и не только о том, чтобы был чистый воздух - это более глобальный термин.
Устойчивое развитие предполагает следующее: человек занимается экономической активностью, меняет природу и наносит тем самым вред окружающей среде и этот вред должен быть компенсирован. Вся та деятельность, которую мы ведем, осознанная производственная деятельность - мы строим дома, дороги - все это наносит ущерб. Тысячу лет назад все это перерабатывалось естественным путем, сейчас совсем другая ситуация. У нас высокий уровень науки и образования. Люди понимают последствия той деятельности, которую они ведут. И поэтому на повестке дня именно устойчивое развитие. И речь идет о том, чтобы бизнес в процессе своей деятельности восстанавливал поврежденную экосистему»,- отметил Магомет Исаевич в своем выступлении.
Он также отметил необходимость, на его взгляд, внесения в госбюджет статьи, связанной с восстановлением природной среды, и тренд на отказ потребителя от продукции сырьевой отрасли.
Горячева Елена Давидовна, к.т.н., доцент, заведующая кафедрой Пищевая безопасность МГУПП рассказала об участии МГУПП в проекте SUSDEV по устойчивому развитию. Елена Давидовна отметила, что для реализации устойчивого развития необходимо воспитание, причем воспитание детей с самого раннего возраста так, чтобы они охраняли окружающую среду, так, чтобы они взрослея и выходя на свои рубежи строили технологии, которые не наносят вред окружающей среде.
Директор Центра стратегического развития и продвижения МГУПП, к.э.н. Эльза Анатольевна Шарыкина рассказала, почему для МГУПП важна тема устойчивого развития и как она реализуется в университете.
«Тему устойчивого развития мы понимаем гораздо шире. Это не только вопросы экологии. Мы понимаем это, если совсем коротко, как повышение качества жизни человека. Сейчас мы реализуем устойчивое развитие в том числе через свою “третью миссию университета”- то есть мы берем на себя социальную ответственность за реализацию устойчивого развития»,-отметила Эльза Анатольевна в своем выступлении. Она также рассказала о рейтингах, которые сейчас начинают оценивать деятельность университетов по элементам “устойчивого развития” и о тех шагах, которые предпринял университет в рамках этой программы в 2020 году. Профессор кафедры Ветеринарно-санитарная экспертиза и биологическая безопасность МГУПП, д.б.н. Михаил Алексеевич Егоров рассказал о проекте создания кафедры ЮНЕСКО по устойчивому развитию на базе МГУПП. «Устойчивое развитие в области экологической, пищевой и биологической безопасности - именно эти темы мы можем обсуждать и транслировать мировому сообществу. Пока это проект открытый к обсуждению, безусловно он может быть трансформирован. Но в любом случае, главная цель - это формирование экспертного аналитического научно-исследовательского центра в области устойчивого развития по направлению экологической, пищевой и биологической безопасности. Его задачи - сконцентрировать и генерировать знания в области экологической, пищевой безопасности, развивать современную базу знаний, научное сотрудничество, развитие базы знаний по формированию культуры здорового питания, содействие в реализации устойчивого развития университета», - рассказал Михаил Алексеевич.
Заведующая кафедрой Промышленный дизайн, технология упаковки и экспертиза МГУПП, д.х.н., доцент Ирина Анатольевна Кирш рассказала участникам круглого стола об успешном опыте реализации программ устойчивого развития в университете на примере последних разработок в области биоразлагаемых упаковок и материалов, и о работе Центра коллективного пользования реализованного на базе университета.
Руководитель Центра развития молодежных инициатив МГУПП Константин Андреевич Загородников представил проекты, реализуемые университетом в рамках социальных направлений устойчивого развития и формирования образовательной и доступной городской среды - Технопарке МГУП и Центре Art-sciencе
С докладом об организации раздельного сбора отходов в университете выступила Озерская Лидия Дмитриевна, менеджер экопроектов АНО Собиратор
Об экологизации университетов рассказали участникам круглого стола Сафонова Виктория Ренатовна, менеджер по реализации экологических проектов «ЭкоТехнологии» и Ильина Нина Игоревна, менеджер по реализации экологических проектов «ЭкоТехнологии».
По завершению работы Круглого стола «Стратегия устойчивого развития» было принято решение продолжить работы по разработке и реализации стратегии устойчивого развития университета как части программы развития; поддержать создание кафедры Юнеско на базе МГУПП; запустить программы дополнительного экологического образования в партнерстве с экоорганизациями. Также была запланирована следующая экспертная встреча по вопросам биоразлагаемой упаковки.

Goryacheva Elena, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Food Safety of MSUFP told about the participation of MSUFP in the SUSDEV project on sustainable development. Elena Davidovna noted that in order to realize sustainable development it is necessary to educate, and educate children from an early age so that they protect the environment, so that they grow up and go on their own lines to build technologies that do not harm the environment.

Mikhail Egorov, Professor of the Department of Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise and Biological Safety of the Moscow State University of Food Production, Doctor of Biological Sciences, spoke about the project of establishing the UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Development on the basis of the Moscow State University of Food Production. Dr. Irina Kirsh, Head of the Department of Industrial Design, Packaging Technology and Expertise of the MSUFP, Associate Professor Irina Kirsh told the participants of the round table about the successful experience in the implementation of sustainable development programs at the university on the example of recent developments in the field of biodegradable packaging and materials, and about the work of the Center of collective use implemented on the basis of the university.
Konstantin Zagorodnikov, Head of the Center for Youth Initiatives Development of MSUFP, presented the projects implemented by the university within the social areas of sustainable development and formation of educational and accessible urban environment - MSUFP Technopark and Art-science Center.
The report on the organization of separate waste collection at the university was made by Lidia Ozerskaya, manager of eco-projects ANO Sobirator.

At the end of the round table "Sustainability Strategy" it was decided to continue the work on the design and implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of the University as part of the development program, to support the creation of a UNESCO Chair on the basis of MSUPP; launch additional environmental education programs in partnership with the eco-organizations. The next expert meeting on biodegradable packaging was also scheduled.
