МГУПП посетил руководитель Департамента предпринимательства и инновационного развития города Москвы Алексей Анатольевич Фурсин // Aleksey Fursin, the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow, visited MSUFP
25 сентября 202025 сентября с рабочим визитом университет посетил руководитель Департамента предпринимательства и инновационного развития города Москвы Алексей Анатольевич Фурсин. Он, вместе с коллегами и партнёрами МГУПП, побывал в инновационных лабораториях и центрах университета, познакомился с программами подготовки специалистов, обсудил сотрудничество университета с бизнесом, а также дальнейшие перспективы развития.
Ректор МГУПП Михаил Григорьевич Балыхин представил собравшимся лаборатории и центры университета: Лабораторию кулинарного искусства «Кухня-студия», Учебный центр «Ресторан-бар», Инновационный кондитерский центр HEALTHFOOD LAB, Учебный центр «Мини пивоварня», Сетевой научно-образовательный центр ФГБОУ ВО «МГУПП» и ГК «СОЮЗСНАБ», Технопарк МГУПП, Лабораторию пищевой безопасности.
В ходе экскурсии гости увидели как уже открытые центры так и готовящаяся к открытию площадки. Михаил Григорьевич рассказал собравшимся не только о достижениях и реализованных проектах, но и о планах:
- С 1 сентября 2021 года из корпуса В на улице Врубеля мы планируем сделать мощный Московский детский Технопарк широкого профиля. Это будут 11 500 метров инновационного пространства заполненного центрами, кластерами, лабораториями представляющими пищевую и инженерную отрасль, все сутевые инновационные технологии.
Он также поблагодарил партнеров университета за помощь, поддержку, за желание развиваться вместе.
Руководитель департамента высоко оценил модернизацию университета и качество проделанной работы, как по линии образования, так и уровню взаимодействия с бизнесом и отраслевыми предприятиями.
- Сегодня я увидел хорошую синергию и сотрудничество двух, порой не встречающихся между собой, но которые должны встречаться, сфер – работодателей, производства, бизнеса и образования, – отметил Алексей Анатольевич.
Руководитель департамента отметил, что проблема, связанная с недостаточностью кадров, существует не первый день:
- Даже те кадры, которые выходили из вузов, были не готовы работать на современных предприятиях и проблема была не в том, что нет системного образования, нет нормальных работодателей. Проблема была в том, что не было соприкосновения, и, мне кажется, сегодня я увидел тот пример, который, в принципе, должен быть примером не только для вашей сферы деятельности, не только для вашей отрасли. Это пример для всей системы подготовки кадров, от самых юных, которые только пришли в школы и определяются с профессией, до тех, которые уже получают профессиональные навыки, и даже для тех, кто их совершенствует.
Второе, что отметил Алексей Анатольевич Фурсин, это то, что была представлена не просто классическая система подготовки кадров, но и то как в ней применяются инновационные технологии.
- Сегодня мы были свидетелями того, как внутри вашего университета используются инновационные технологии не только в производственной, но и сервисной части. Сейчас без инноваций в этих сферах всегда будешь стоять в последнем ряду и, учитывая сегодняшнее время, которое основано на конкуренции, внедрение инноваций, повышает конкурентоспособность на рынке, – отметил А. А. Фурсин.
Алексей Анатольевич также обратил внимание на то, что на встрече присутствуют представители разных направлений отрасли:
- Ещё один момент хотел бы отметить - здесь присутствует практически каркас отрасли. У вас я вижу интеграцию, потому что тот, кто производит кондитерские изделия, видит того, кто производит оборудование для производства кондитерских изделий. И сегодня то, что здесь собраны специалисты, руководители и основатели компаний - это очень хорошо. Это наверное более понятный, прозрачный, открытый диалог, который даст возможность и вам выстроить свою систему образования и подготовки кадров, и предприятиям даст некий ориентир, возможность повлиять на систему образования. И если предприятия не заложили основы знания оборудования, технологий, требований, значит винить им придётся себя. Поэтому спасибо заранее за такой диалог.
В ходе делового обеда руководитель Департамента предпринимательства и инновационного развития города Москвы Алексей Фурсин рассказал собравшимся также о том как департамент работает с проектами и грантами, на какие направления выделяется финансирование и субсидии, в том числе о новом проекте - «экспортный кэшбэк».
Ректор МГУПП Михаил Григорьевич Балыхин отметил, что такой формат делового обеда в вузе проводится впервые, но уже определённо вызвал много положительных эмоций.
- Мы абсолютно не против действовать в таком дружеском формате и далее, пробовать совмещать приятное с полезным. В свободном режиме слушать выступления, фиксировать реплики, задачи, просьбы, мнения, обсуждать живые кейсы. Я считаю, что это очень серьёзный инструментарий, который можно использовать в дальнейшем.

Rector of MSUFP Mikhail Balykhin presented the University laboratories and centers: Culinary Art Laboratory "Kitchen Studio", Training Center "Restaurant Bar", Innovative Confectionery Center HEALTHFOOD LAB, Training Center "Mini Brewery", Network Research and Education Center of MSUFP and SOYUZSNAB, Technopark MSUFP, Food Safety Laboratory.
During the tour the guests saw both the already open centers and the site being prepared for opening. Mikhail Balykhin told the audience not only about the achievements and implemented projects, but also about the plans:
- Since September 1, 2021, we plan to make from building B on Vrubel Street a powerful Moscow Children's Technopark with a broad profile. It will be 11,500 meters of innovative space filled with centers, clusters, laboratories representing the food and engineering industry, all the essential innovative technologies.
He also thanked the partners of the university for their help, support, and willingness to develop together.
The head of the department appreciated the modernization of the university and the quality of the work done, both in terms of education, and the level of interaction with business and industry enterprises.
- Today I saw a good synergy and cooperation between the two spheres - employers, production, business and education - which sometimes do not meet each other, but must meet," said Aleksey Fursin.
The head of the department noted that the problem related to the lack of personnel has not existed for the first day:
Even the personnel who came out of universities were not ready to work at modern companies, and the problem was not that there was no systematic education, no normal employers. The problem was that there was no contact, and, I think, today I saw an example that, in principle, should be an example not only for your sphere of activity, not only for your industry. It is an example for the entire system of personnel training, from the very young, who have just come to school and are deciding on their profession, to those who are already gaining professional skills, and even those who are improving them.
The second thing that Aleksey Fursin noted was that not only was the classical system of training presented, but also how innovative technologies are applied in it.
- Today we have witnessed how innovative technologies are used within your university, not only in the production, but also in the service part. Now without innovations in these spheres you will always stand in the last row and, given today's time, which is based on competition, introduction of innovations, increases competitiveness in the market, - said A. Fursin.
Aleksey Fursin also drew attention to the fact that the meeting was attended by representatives of different areas of the industry:
- Another point I would like to note is that there is practically a framework of the industry here. I see integration here, because the one who makes confectionery products sees the one who makes equipment for the production of confectionery products. And today, the fact that specialists, executives, and company founders are gathered here is very good. It is probably more understandable, transparent, open dialogue, which will give you an opportunity to build their system of education and training, and companies will give a reference point, an opportunity to influence the education system. And if enterprises have not laid the basics of knowledge of equipment, technology, requirements, then they will have to blame themselves. So thank you in advance for this dialogue.
During the business lunch Aleksey Fursin, the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development of Moscow told the audience about how the department works with projects and grants, for which areas funding and subsidies are allocated, including a new project - "export cashback".
The rector of MSUFP Mikhail Balykhin noted that this format of a business lunch at university is carried out for the first time, but already certainly caused a lot of positive emotions.
- We absolutely do not mind to act in such a friendly format and continue to try to combine business with pleasure. In a free mode to listen to speeches, record the remarks, problems, requests, opinions, to discuss live cases. I believe that this is a very serious toolkit that can be used in the future.
