Вебинар «Непрерывное образование и содействие в трудоустройстве лиц с инвалидностью и ОВЗ в пищевой отрасли» // Webinar "Continuing Education and Employment Assistance for Persons with Disabilities in the Food Industry

31 июля в 10:00 начнется онлайн вебинар «Непрерывное образование и содействие в трудоустройстве лиц с инвалидностью и ОВЗ в пищевой отрасли». Оператором встречи является Национальный центр «Абилимпикс».

На вебинаре Альбина Ахатовна Бикбулатова, проректор по учебно-воспитательной работе Московского государственного университета пищевых производств, расскажет об опыте МГУПП и о решении проблем трудоустройства, непрерывного образования и возможностях самозанятости для инвалидов. В вебинаре также примут участие: руководитель Национального центра «Абилипикс» Макеева Дина Рафиковна, институты, входящие в состав МГУПП, победители национального чемпионата "Абилимпикс", работодатели, а также представители пищевой отрасли.

МГУПП активно развивает инклюзивное образование, участвует в движении Абилимпикс, подготовил победителей мирового чемпионата и станет площадкой для повышения квалификации и подготовки экспертов и участников движения Абилимпикс.

Напомним, что с 26 по 30 мая 2021 года в Москве пройдет Международный чемпионат «Абилимпикс», заявку на участие в нем уже сейчас подтвердили 619 претендентов из более чем 30 стран.

Директор Департамента государственной политики в сфере среднего профессионального образования и профессионального обучения Минпросвещения России Виктор Неумывакин отметил высокую значимость этого направления для страны,- «Сегодня приоритет всей государственной политики нашей страны – обеспечить максимально безбарьерную среду для людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в собственном личностном развитии, в учёбе, в повышении квалификации. Чемпионат и движение «Абилимпикс» помогают найти своё место в жизни, совершенствоваться в своих профессиональных знаниях и навыках, уверенно чувствовать себя на рынке труда, развиваться и обретать друзей и коллег по всему миру».

Согласно Конституции Международной Федерации «Абилимпикс», каждая делегация может представить не более двух участников в одной компетенции. В составе сборной России в чемпионате примут участие 116 конкурсантов.

Участники продемонстрируют свои навыки по 55 компетенциям (из них – 45 основных и 10 презентационных) в сфере IT-технологий, питания, промышленных, творческих и медицинских профессий, сервиса, декоративно-прикладного искусства.

Хотелось бы напомнить, что право провести Международный чемпионат Россия получила в 2019 году. Основной целью движения «Абилимпикс», развивающегося в стране при организационной поддержке Минпросвещения России, является помощь в адаптации, социализации и трудоустройстве участников с различными видами нозологий.

Проведение чемпионатов «Абилимпикс» включено в национальный проект «Образование» в рамках федерального проекта «Молодые профессионалы».

Помимо направления своих Национальных сборных, каждая страна-участница вносит предложения по проведению выставочной программы Международного чемпионата.

В этом месяце под председательством заместителя министра науки и высшего образования Дмитрия Афанасьева, пошло заседание Совета по вопросам доступности высшего образования для инвалидов.

Были подведены итоги деятельности сети РУМЦ ВО за период 2016-2019 гг, поставлены новые задачи.

Отдельное внимание было уделено участию вузов сети РУМЦ в движении Абилимпикс.

МГУПП вошел в состав рабочей группы по профориентации и содействию в трудоустройстве участников движения Абилимпикс при Совете. Национальный центр «Абилимпикс» и Московский государственный университет пищевых производств провели рабочее совещание и договорились о новых направлениях сотрудничества по развитию движения «Абилимпикс».

At the webinar Albina Bikbulatova, Vice-Rector for Educational Work of the Moscow State University of Food Production, will talk about the MSUFP experience and solution of problems of employment, continuing education and self-employment opportunities for disabled people. The webinar will also be attended by: Dina Makeeva, head of the National Center "Abilipix", institutes that are part of MSUFP, winners of the national championship "Abilipix", employers, as well as representatives of the food industry.

MSUFP actively develops inclusive education, participates in the Abilimpex movement, has prepared the winners of the world championship and will become a platform for professional development and training of experts and participants of the Abilimpex movement.

We remind you that Moscow will host the International Championship "Abilimpix" from May 26 till May 30, 2021. 619 candidates from more than 30 countries confirmed their participation in the Championship.

Victor Neumyvakin, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Secondary Vocational Education and Training of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science noted the high importance of this sphere for the country: "Today, the priority of all state policy in our country is to provide the most barrier-free environment for people with disabilities in their own personal development, in education, in professional development. The Championship and the Abilimpex movement help people find their place in life, improve their professional knowledge and skills, feel confident in the labor market, develop and find friends and colleagues all over the world.

According to the Constitution of the International Federation of Abilimpex, each delegation can present no more than two participants in one competence. The Russian team will consist of 116 competitors.

The participants will demonstrate their skills in 55 competencies (including 45 core and 10 presentation competencies) in the sphere of IT technologies, catering, industrial, creative and medical professions, service, arts and crafts.

We would like to remind that Russia received the right to hold the International Championship in 2019. The main goal of the "Abilimpix" movement, which is developing in the country with the organizational support of the Ministry of Education of Russia, is to help in the adaptation, socialization and employment of participants with various types of nosologies.

The holding of "Abilimpiks" championships is included in the national project "Education" within the framework of the federal project "Young Professionals".

In addition to sending their National Teams, each participating country submits proposals for the exhibition program of the International Championships.

This month, under the chairmanship of Dmitry Afanasyev, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education, there was a meeting of the Council on Accessibility of Higher Education for Persons with Disabilities.

The results of the activities of the Higher Education Resource Center network for 2016-2019 were summarized, and new tasks were set.

Special attention was paid to the participation of higher educational institutions of the Resource Educational and Methodological Center network in the Abilimpiks movement.

MSUFP became a member of the working group on career guidance and assistance in employment of Habilipiks movement participants under the Council. The National Abilimpiks Center and Moscow State University of Food Production held a working meeting and agreed on new areas of cooperation in the development of the Abilimpiks movement.
